The online store www. Tiare.bg and the services offered in it operate under the terms and rules mentioned below. Use of the website implies acceptance of all listed rules and conditions. Therefore, if the user does not agree with one or more of the rules for using this site, they have the right to refrain from using it; otherwise, it is automatically considered that the user accepts all terms.

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions under which "Vanila Group " EOOD, a company registered under Bulgarian legislation, with registered office and management address in the city of Varna, 2A ”Radost” Str., apt. 62, BULSTAT UIC 203580189, provides Services to its users through the Online Store located at the domain addresses Tiare.bg.

These terms bind all users. By loading the hyperlinks located on the Tiare.bg server or by paying for the use of paid services offered by it, the User fully agrees to accept and comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

Identification of the User for the purpose of reproducing their statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is carried out through the stored log files on the tiare.bg server - the user's IP address, as well as any other information.

Rules for using the site:

„Vanila Group” EOOD (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), as creator and owner of this internet site Tiare.bg, grants you the right to load and view all materials published on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Site") only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you observe and comply with all copyrights and the relevant notices. The materials on this Site may not be modified in any way, nor copied, publicly distributed, or handed out for any public or commercial purpose. The use of materials published on this Internet site on other sites is prohibited. The materials on this Site are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any unauthorized use may be a violation of copyright, trademark rights, or other legal provisions.

Rights and responsibilities of the parties

The materials and services on this Site are limited only to the stated terms for them, without providing any guarantees, including commercial and purpose-related guarantees. Also, Tiare.bg does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the published materials, software, or services on this Site. Tiare.bg has the right at any time and without notice to make changes to the published materials, services, and prices. Part of the information published on this Site may refer to products, services, or programs that are not currently offered or available. Limitation of liability

Tiare.bg shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages, including but not limited to damages from lost profits, loss of information, or other damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or results from the use of this Site, regardless of whether or not Tiare.bg has been warned of the possibility of such damages occurring.

Personal data protection

Tiare.bg does not wish to receive confidential or protected information from you through this Site. All materials, information, and other communications transmitted or sent from this Site will be considered non-confidential and not subject to rights. The handling of personal information that you may voluntarily send to Tiare.bg for the purpose of receiving products or services offered by this site is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act. You do not have the right to post or send from or to this website any illegal, offensive, defamatory, indecent, pornographic, or other information that violates applicable laws. Tiare.bg uses personal information in order to better identify your needs and interests and thus provide you with better quality services. In certain cases, we use the information sent by you to help you place an order or complete a transaction, to maintain contact with you, to inform you about our products, services, and offers, and to personalize promotional offers.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or in any other way provide the personal information sent by you to third parties.

Change of product prices

Tiare.bg reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of placing and paying for the order. The announcement of reduced prices is made by placing the new price next to the old one, which is crossed out . If no term is specified for the reduced price, it is valid until quantities are exhausted, but no more than 1 month or 6 months, as per the terms of  Art.66 para.2 of the CPA.

Distance sales contract

The order from the Site is equivalent to concluding a distance sales contract, which enters into force after payment is made by the customer. In the case of online payment, the date of conclusion of the Contract is considered to be the date of the transaction, and in the case of payment by bank transfer - the date of receipt of the amount in the Merchant's account.

No right to return a sent order

The products that can be ordered from the Site are perishable, are handmade after a customer's request, fall within the scope of Art. 57. items 1, 3, 4, and 5 of the Consumer Protection Act and are WITHOUT right of return. 

If the product is a combination of flowers with perfume or contains consumable items, the non-flower ingredients also cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. 

The gifts that you can add to the products in the store are not offered for independent sale, cannot be considered independent products, are arranged as part of the ordered product (bouquet or basket), and also cannot be returned.

The perfumes on the Site are offered only in combination with a bouquet and for hygienic reasons also cannot be returned. 

Complaints and refunds for paid orders

Tiare's policy is to refund 100% of the amount of your order (excluding charged commissions and costs related to online payments or payments through PayPal) if you notify us of the cancellation two business days before the delivery date, and 50% if you notify us 1 business day before the delivery date. In the event that you decide to cancel a placed and already paid order on the day of delivery, we will refund 25% of the amount of your order. Refunds in all three possible cases can be made only if we have not started fulfilling your order. Otherwise, the amount of a paid order for which we have started fulfillment is not subject to refund. If it is necessary to refund amounts paid by card through the RaiffeisenBank payment system, this will be done through a credit transaction to the card with which the payment was made.

Tiare strives to provide its customers with the best possible products and services. In the event that our customer submits a complaint regarding our product or service, we are ready to refund the entire or part of the order amount, or to offer another type of compensation, if the complaint is justified and is made within 24 hours after the delivery has been made.

Trademarks

All used names, photos, signs, and symbols of products published on this site are trademarks or are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized downloading of photos from this site and their use for commercial purposes will be considered a copyright violation.

General notes

Tiare.bg manages this Site from its office in the city of Varna, Bulgaria. Tiare.bg may change these Terms at any time by updating the publication date after the change. From time to time, we recommend that you visit this page to review the currently valid Terms, because they are binding on you.

Rights and obligations under the Consumer Protection Act

According to the CPA, we at Tiare.bg are obliged and provide you freely with the following information:

1. Our name and address –  „Vanila Group ” EOOD  registered in the city of Varna, 2A ”Radost” Str., apt. 62

2. The main characteristics of the goods are described in detail on the presentation page of each product

3. Product prices are stated including VAT on the presentation pages of the respective product. The transaction currency is Bulgarian lev (BGN), and all payments in other currencies are converted according to the relevant exchange rate to the lev

4. The value of the delivery transport costs, which ARE NOT INCLUDED in the price of the goods, can be seen on the Delivery page.

5. We do not impose any additional value when using the presented means of communication with us.

Conditions for links to the website

A site with a link to Tiare.bg must meet the following conditions:
